Sajeesh Nair

Sajeesh Nair is currently the Director of Engineering for the Druva Platform at Druva, a position held since April 2018. Prior experience includes roles at Cognizant from 2007 to 2018, where Sajeesh served as Practice Lead for Performance & Scale Horizontal and led customer engagements in the US for notable clients such as Farmers Insurance and JPMC. Key responsibilities included team building, delivery ownership, architectural guidance, and hiring. Prior to Cognizant, Sajeesh worked as a Senior Engineer focused on Scale and Performance at Capgemini and began a career as a Software Engineer and Java Developer. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from COEP Technological University and an HSC in Science from Kendriya Vidyalaya.
