Venkata Sai Reddy is a Staff Software Engineer at Druva since July 2024, having previously served as an Application Developer - Consultant at Thoughtworks from April 2021 to July 2024. At Thoughtworks, significant contributions included enhancing release processes through automation of password rollover and developing critical components for payment systems as part of a team supporting a major banking client. Earlier, Venkata participated in an internship focused on microservice starter kits in Golang. Prior experience includes work as an Undergraduate Research Fellow at the National Institute of Technology Warangal on Attention-based Neural Networks for disease classification and an internship with Tata Consultancy Services in DevOps.
