Ben Jones

Ben Jones has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Starting as an Administrative Officer at HM Revenue & Customs, they then moved to Deutsche Bank as a Transactions Support Administrator. In 2014, they began working at Aberystwyth University as a Placement Officer, Resident Tutor, and Communications, Marketing, and Public Affairs Graduate Trainee. In 2017, they joined AberInnovation as a Marketing and Partnerships Manager and in 2022, they became the Marketing Manager at Dryad Networks. Throughout their career, Ben has been responsible for a range of duties such as providing pastoral care, developing long-term relationships with stakeholders, and promoting placement opportunities.

Ben Jones completed their GCSEs at Ysgol y Moelwyn, Blaenau Ffestiniog from 2000-2005. Ben then went on to Coleg Meirion Dwyfor College to complete their A Levels in Mathematics from 2005-2007. Ben then attended the University of Liverpool from 2008-2011, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Economics & Politics. Finally, they obtained their Master's degree in International Politics from Aberystwyth University from 2013-2014.
