Roger C. Underwood

Roger C. Underwood is a Non-Executive Director at Dryland Genetics. Roger has also served on the boards of Lacrosse Seeds, Seeds 2000, and Kent Corporation. Roger is the Co-Founder and former CEO of Becker Underwood Inc. Roger Underwood began their career in sales, working as a Sales Manager at Rosen from August 1981 to July 1982. Roger then became a Market Analyst at Midland Coop from December 1980 to July 1981. In July 1982, they co-founded Becker Underwood Inc. with Jeff Becker. Roger served as the company's CEO until August 2012, when the company was sold to BASF.
