Diane Ratz has a long history of working in customer service and related roles. Diane began their career in 1995 as an Assistant to the Production Control Department for Nissan Forklift Corporation, North America. Diane Ratz completed a Certificate of Nursing Assistant from McHenry County College between 1995 and 1997. Diane then attended the University of Phoenix from 2013 to 2014, studying Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In March 2015, they obtained an Insurance Producer License from the State of Illinois. Diane also holds a Licensed Property/Casualty Producer and a Manager Sanitation Certificate.
