Susan Cuppini

Susan Cuppini is an experienced project manager and solutions engineer with a diverse background in telecommunications and systems engineering. Since June 2021, Susan has been managing projects for Mako Networks, focusing on Mako Voice Solutions. Prior to this, Susan held the position of Solutions Engineer at D&S Communications, where involvement began in September 2018 following the acquisition of Frontrunner Network Systems' Chicago office. Susan's extensive career also includes over three decades at Frontrunner Network Systems, where roles spanned from customer trainer and system designer to systems engineer. Additionally, Susan served as a Pre-Sales System Specialist at Technology Solutions Group, Inc. from April 2013 to April 2014.
