Carol-Ann Ernst has extensive experience in client management and operations, currently serving as Client Manager at D&S Global Solutions since October 2014, alongside roles as Client Services Manager and Recovery Specialist. Concurrently, Carol-Ann has held the position of Client Operations Manager at Cadex since October 2014. Prior to these roles, experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President - Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager at PNC from February 2008 to September 2014, as well as roles at National City Bank from February 2002 to February 2008, including Account Specialist and Head Teller. Carol-Ann holds an LPN degree from Maric College of Medical Careers, achieved between January 1998 and September 1999.
