Charis Solomon

Charis Solomon has a wealth of experience in the field of growth and performance strategy. Charis began their career in 2016 as a Brand Strategy Consultant at INVASIVECODE. Charis then moved on to become a Growth Consultant at OpenRide, a Paid Acquisition Consultant at SoundHound Inc, and a Paid Social Account Manager at 3Q Digital. In 2017, they took on the role of Growth Marketing Manager - Paid Social at Madison Reed. One year later, they became the Growth Marketing Lead - Video at Grove Collaborative. In 2019, they moved on to become a Performance Growth Consultant while self-employed. In 2021, they became the Director of Performance Strategy at Rickhouse Media. Finally, in 2022, they became the Owner of Ascendant Growth, and in 2023 they were appointed Head of Growth at DS Healthcare Group.
