Silver McDonald

Silver McDonald, MBA, serves as the Head of Strategic Growth Initiatives at Panorama Education since August 2025. Prior experience includes roles as VP of Growth at Hazel Health, Inc., and Trustee for the Kentfield School Board. McDonald was previously the Head of LEGO Education North America and held various senior positions at BrightBytes and Pearson North America, contributing to significant acquisitions in the education sector. Early career includes extensive experience at SchoolNet, culminating in a Senior Vice President role, as well as consulting at Agile Strategies and managing production at Razorfish. McDonald holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a BA in Technical and Professional Writing from San Francisco State University.
