Lourdes de la Cabada is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in brand management and integrated marketing communications. Currently serving as the Director of Brand and Marketing at DS Laboratories since July 2024, Lourdes previously held the position of Sr. Director of Marketing Brand Management at Integra Beauty, where brand management leadership for the L’ange haircare line was executed. Lourdes has also worked as Marketing Director and Senior Brand Manager of Innovation at Not Your Mother's Haircare, Regional Product Marketing Manager at Givaudan, and Marketing Manager at Be Healthy Brands, overseeing the development of the Be. Healthy brand. Earlier experience includes roles at máh!, Procter & Gamble, and an educational background in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
