Maria Kiær Steffensen

Maria Kiær Steffensen has a diverse work experience in the HR field. Maria Kiær currently holds the position of HR Business Partner & Head of People Operations at DS NORDEN since February 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as an HR Business Partner at the same company starting from August 2021.

Before joining DS NORDEN, Maria worked as an HR Advisor at Deloitte Danmark from January 2018 to August 2021. Prior to that, they held two roles at Sitecore. Maria Kiær served as an HR Manager in the Product Department from January 2014 to December 2017 and as an HR Project Assistant from October 2012 to January 2014.

Maria's early career experience includes working as an HR Student Assistant at Estee Lauder from April 2011 to August 2012.

Maria Kiær Steffensen began their education at Herlufsholm Kostskole, where they earned a Sproglig student degree from the almen gymnasium program from 2004 to 2007. Maria Kiær then attended Copenhagen Business School from 2007 to 2010, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Communication. Maria continued their studies at Copenhagen Business School from 2007 to 2012 and completed a Cand.merc. HRM degree in Human Resource Management. In 2011, they also had the opportunity to attend Harvard University's Summer School program, focusing on Leadership. Additionally, they acquired the DiSC Classic certification from DISCOVER A/S in April 2015 and the EVERYTHING DiSC certification from the same institution in September 2014.
