Lena Johansen

Lena Johansen is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources and management. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Clas Ohlson since April 2022, Lena has previously held significant roles at Nilsongroup, including Personalsjef Norge and HR administrator from November 2007 to April 2022. Earlier career experiences include positions as Butikksjef and Assisterende butikksjef at Din Sko from January 2004 to October 2007, and as an Eiendomsmegler at Areal Eiendomsmegling AS in 2003. Lena's educational qualifications comprise an Associate degree in Real Estate from BI Norwegian Business School (2000-2003) and additional studies at NKS, Merkantilt Institutt, University of Oslo, and EVS.
