Vibeke Bak Solok

Vibeke Bak Solok is a seasoned financial executive and board member with extensive experience in risk management, compliance, and corporate finance. Currently serving as a Non Executive Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee at DS NORDEN, as well as Non Executive Board Member and Head of the Audit and Risk Committee at Nordic Solar, Vibeke has held key leadership roles at several organizations, including CEO of Lunar Bank and CFO at ATP Ejendomme A/S. Notable achievements include implementing a new Target Operating Model for Risk and Compliance at Danske Bank, leading the transformation to a modern finance organization, and contributing to advanced financial reporting and risk appetite frameworks. Vibeke is a qualified State Authorised Public Accountant with an MBA from Aalborg University and holds an ESG Certificate.
