Gareth Morgan

Gareth Morgan has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Gareth currently serves as the Head of Group Engineering at DS Smith. Prior to this, they held the same position at Nomad Foods. Before joining Nomad Foods, Gareth worked at Ipsen, where they held various engineering and management roles, including Director of Global Maintenance and Asset Management, Engineering Director, and Engineering Manager. Earlier in their career, they gained experience at Unilever as an Engineering Manager, Performance Development Coach, and Area Operations Manager. Gareth started their career at AbitibiConsolidated, where they held roles as a Production Manager, Process Engineer, Continuous Improvement Team Leader, Mechanical Engineering Technician, and Multi Skilled Apprentice.

Gareth Morgan studied Engineering at Wirral Metropolitan College from 1994 to 1998, earning ONC & HNC qualifications. Gareth later pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng Hons) degree in Engineering at Liverpool John Moores University.
