Joanna Cotroneo

Joanna Cotroneo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and program management, currently serving as the Head of HR Transformation and Delivery at DS Smith. Previously, Joanna held various leadership roles at Informa Markets as Global Programme Lead and at Smith & Nephew plc, including Head of ePMO and Process Excellence and Sr. Programme Director for Global Operations. Joanna also served as HR Transformation Director and Assistant Company Secretary at Smith & Nephew Group Plc. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management at The Open University, Joanna has also obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Administration from Birmingham City University.
