Lauren Feery

Lauren Feery is an experienced procurement leader currently serving as the Group Procurement Director at DS Smith since October 2023, where responsibilities include shaping and aligning the Procurement strategy to support business goals related to growth, circularity, and manufacturing excellence. Prior to this role, Lauren held key positions at Diageo, including Head of Global Procurement for Materials, Packaging & Logistics, and Head of Global Procurement for Transformation, Process Excellence & Risk, achieving recognition for contributions to global sustainability and procurement excellence. Previous experience also includes positions at BP, where Lauren was Global Procurement Director for Downstream Transformation, and ANZ, where Lauren managed a global sourcing team across multiple categories. Lauren's early career at Telstra included senior procurement roles overseeing substantial strategic contracts. Lauren holds a Commerce degree from Deakin University and is currently studying at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
