Milla Ketonen

Milla Ketonen is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in internal communications and media campaigns. At DS Smith, Milla has progressed through various roles, including Internal Communications Business Partner for Paper & Recycling, Divisional Internal Communications Executive, and Media & Campaigns Executive, from July 2021 to September 2024. Prior to this, Milla gained valuable experience as a Corporate & Digital Communications EMEA Intern at Hilton from August 2019 to July 2020. Milla holds an MA in Strategic Advertising and Marketing Communications with PR from the University of Greenwich and a Bachelor of Science in Media, Communications and Sociology from City St George’s, University of London.
