Neil Bailey

Neil Bailey is an experienced IT Security Programme Manager currently working at DS Smith since March 2021. Previously, Neil served as a Cloud Security Programme Manager at KPMG, where responsibilities included defining a roadmap for adopting the Microsoft E5 Security Suite and overseeing a multi-year migration to Azure for security monitoring. Neil has a rich background at Kier Group, managing strategic and technical programmes to achieve PCI DSS compliance and leading a migration to Oracle ERP systems. Additional experience includes programme management for Williams Lea, focusing on regulatory compliance and delivering significant projects, and project management roles at EDS, abbey, and Getronics, where security governance and data protection projects were key focuses. Neil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Leicester.
