Olivier Laurent has extensive experience in strategic project management and operational leadership within the packaging industry, primarily at DS Smith since January 1999. As Directeur France des Projets Stratégiques, Olivier is responsible for managing strategic projects, including the integration of International Paper and DS Smith in France. Previous roles include Directeur Général Région Est France, overseeing the integration of newly acquired sites and P&L management across multiple business units. Prior to DS Smith, Olivier held managerial positions at Gemini Consulting & Services and Bossard Consultants, focusing on operational excellence and industrial performance improvement. Olivier holds a degree from Ecole Centrale Paris.
