Samantha Conn

Samantha Conn is an experienced IT leader with a strong background in project management and governance, currently serving as the Head of EPMO and Head of IT Governance and PMO at DS Smith since September 2017. Samantha is responsible for overseeing the processes and tools that facilitate successful portfolio, programme, and project management within the Global IT organization, ensuring delivery assurance and providing reporting to IT leadership and the board. Previously, as PMO Manager for the Corporate Office Integration Programme and IT Transformation PMO Manager, Samantha drove governance and the successful delivery of significant transformation initiatives. Prior roles include Global PMO Director at Ball Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed IT integration and portfolio management post-acquisition, and Global IT PMO Director at Rexam, focusing on PMO implementation and operational support. Samantha's career also includes significant project management roles at Synchromatic and Praxis, alongside a BSc in Command, Control, Communications and Information Systems from Cranfield University.
