Toby Earnest

Toby Earnest has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Toby started their career at Clorox as a Plant Accountant in 1998. In 1999, they joined Char-Broil as a Cost Accountant and later became a Sr. Cost Accountant before moving on to become the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis. In 2004, Earnest joined Tronox as a Sr. Financial/Cost Analyst and eventually became a Plant Controller. Their next position was at DS Smith, where they served as an Assistant Controller before becoming a Controller. Toby then took on the role of Administrative Manager & Controller before becoming the Director of Recycling - North America. Currently, Earnest is the Vice President of Operations at DS Smith, a position they assumed in August 2022.

Toby Earnest obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The University of Alabama, graduating in 1998.
