Zdena Panisova

Zdena Panisova currently serves as the Subregional HR Director at DS Smith since March 2022. Previously, Zdena held various HR roles, including HR Manager for Eastern Countries at thyssenkrupp Elevator and Regional HR Business Partner for DACH and Central Europe at Booking.com. Zdena's extensive experience also includes serving as Head of HR Expertise Center for CEE and Austria at Sberbank Europe AG, where responsibilities involved HR advisory and strategic project management. Additionally, Zdena managed executive development and talent management at UniCredit Bank Austria AG and HR operations at UniCredit Bank Slovakia a.s. Zdena began the professional journey as a consultant in recruitment and has a background in translations, project management, and market research. Zdena holds two Master’s degrees in International Relations and European Law, and Musicology, from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave and pursued further education at SDA Bocconi.
