Rebecca Abney

Rebecca Abney has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rebecca started their career in 1999 with Source Interlink Companies, where they held the position of Operations Manager and H.R. Representative. Rebecca provided overall direction to manufacturing departments, ensuring efficient and effective operations and managing safety programs.

Following their tenure at Source Interlink Companies, Rebecca worked at Innovative Fixture Solutions LLC as the Director of Lean Operations, H.R., and Safety from 2014 to 2020. During this time, they also served as the Plant Manager and Director of Operations, Lean.

In 2020, Rebecca joined Bayer Crop Science as an Operations Manager, where they remained until 2021. Rebecca then moved to Taylor Company as the Warehouse & Lean Operations Manager until 2023.

Currently, Rebecca holds the position of Human Resources Director at DSB Technologies, starting in 2023.

Rebecca Abney has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Northern Illinois University. Rebecca also attended Rock Valley College but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Additionally, they have obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) certification from Villanova University in May 2015 and an OSHA certification from Rock Valley College in February 2010.
