Mikael Feilberg

Mikael Feilberg is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in compensation and employee services. Currently serving as Vice President of HR Services & Compensation at DSB since March 2019, Mikael previously held the position of Global Payroll & Benefit Manager at GRUNDFOS from June 2017 to March 2019. Prior to that, Mikael was Vice President of Group Compensation & Masterdata at COWI, managing global employee and organizational masterdata as well as salary administration in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden from December 2012 to May 2017. Mikael holds a Cand Oecon degree in Economics from Aarhus University, obtained between 1986 and 1990.
