Julie Marie Norvaisas

Julie Marie Norvaisas has extensive experience in user experience research and design, currently serving as a Strategic Advisor and Community Curator at Dscout since March 2023. Prior to this role, Julie held multiple positions at LinkedIn from July 2012 to February 2021, culminating in the roles of Senior Director and Director of User Experience Research, where leadership influenced product design and strategy across both consumer and enterprise segments. Julie also contributed to the University of Wisconsin's AC Nielsen Center for Marketing Research as a Board Member from December 2015 to April 2022, and has held various consulting and management roles in research and design firms such as Portigal Consulting, GadLight, Doblin Inc., Design Concepts, and the Doblin Group. Julie earned a BA in Art History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and studied at Trinity College-Hartford.
