Michael Naifeh

Michael Naifeh is currently the Manager & Sr. Action Officer at DSD Labs, where Michael oversees operations related to migrating data from multiple IT systems for the Department of Defense. Previously, Michael worked at the Pentagon as the IT Human Capital Team Chief and Deputy Chief of Staff of a special mission team. Michael also served as the Chief of Personnel Plans and Policies at The Joint Staff and held various roles in the US Army, including Battalion Commander and Chief Human Resources Officer. Michael holds a Master's degree in Military Strategic Studies from The United States Army War College and a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
