Esther Benatar has a diverse work experience history. Esther started their career in 2012 as a Specialist at Camp Ramah In New England. In 2013, they became a Founding Member at Encompass Columbus and also served as the Vice President and Volunteer Coordinator at Centering Family Health. In 2014, Esther had roles as an Intern at Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging and a Student Wellness Educator at OSU STUDENT WELLNESS CENTER. In 2015, they took on the role of AmeriCorps SUPERcoach Program Coordinator at University Hospitals of Cleveland. From 2016 to the present, they have been a Public Health Consultant at the Ohio Department of Health. In 2021, Esther worked as a Senior Consultant at AMA CONSULTING, and they are currently a Grants Policy Analyst at DSFederal starting in 2023.

Esther Benatar obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from The Ohio State University between 2009 and 2013. Esther later pursued a Masters of Public Health degree with a concentration in Health Behavior and Health Promotion at the same university between 2013 and 2015.
