Jennifer Phares

Jennifer Phares has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Jennifer is currently a Project Manager at DSFederal, starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at the National Institutes of Health, Center for Scientific Review (CSR) as an AA, CVRS since April 2016.

Jennifer has also held positions in the hospitality industry. Jennifer was an Area Sales Coordinator at Kimpton Hotels from October 2014 to April 2016, where they handled administrative tasks, maintained client relationships, and facilitated communication between departments. Before that, they worked as a Sales and Catering Coordinator at Modus Hotels from January 2013 to January 2014, and as a Manager at Hotel Monaco from January 2012 to January 2013.

Jennifer began their career at Victories Hotel as a Hotel Auditor and Guest Services Supervisor from January 2005 to January 2006. In this role, they provided customer service, managed guest accounts, and supervised team members. Additionally, they worked as an HR & Administration Manager at Pathfinder Consultants, LLC from January 2010 to January 2011.

Jennifer Phares obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Public Health and Psychology from Walden University in 2019.
