Ed Wharam is an experienced professional in the oilfield service industry, currently serving as the Regional Manager for Asia Pacific at DSI FZE since February 2025 and as the Director at Target Depth since May 2016. Target Depth, located in Singapore, specializes in assisting oilfield service companies in entering the Asia-Pacific market. Ed has held various leadership roles, including China Country Manager at APS Technology LLC and Regional Consultant - Asia Pacific at Rival Downhole Tools. Previously, Ed was the Regional Manager for Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore at TAM International and held multiple positions at National Oilwell Varco, including Business Development Manager and East Asia Manager. Ed's career began at Andergauge, where the individual advanced from a Sales Engineer to District Manager, specifically opening and developing operations in China. Ed holds a Master of Arts in Economics & Management from the University of St Andrews and completed a Leadership program in Business Administration at Purdue University.
