Assen Assenov

Assen Assenov is a seasoned professional in the financial sector with extensive experience in credit analysis and corporate finance. Currently serving as the Head of Credit Analysis at DSK Bank since May 2020, Assenov previously held significant roles including Member of the Board of Directors at the Regional Urban Development Fund Bulgaria, where financing proposals for the EU "Jessica program" were reviewed. Prior to that, Assenov was the Head of Project and Structured Finance at Société Générale, overseeing a team that provided structured financing solutions for large corporates, and has held various leadership positions at ING, including Director responsible for corporate clients and Head of Structured Finance Unit. Assenov holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University for World and National Economy Sofia.
