Kalina Mays

Kalina Mays has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kalina began their career as a Senior Project Officer at CARANA Corporation, USAID Pension Reform Project in 2000 and held this position till 2004. Following this, they worked as a Program Leader for Model Employment Offices at CARANA Corporation, USAID Labor Market Project from 2004 to 2006. In 2007, they joined United Bulgarian Bank as a Senior Dealer and remained in this role till 2020. Currently, they are the Head of FX Sales at DSK Bank, taking up this position in September 2020.

Kalina Mays obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the American University in Bulgaria in 2005-2006. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in English and American Studies at Sofia University in 1993-1998. Kalina Mays also has additional certifications as an Investment Consultant and Securities Broker from the Financial Supervision Commission.
