Margarita Manasieva

Margarita Manasieva has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Margarita started their career at DSK Bank in 2023 as the Head of Savings and Bancassurance Product department. Prior to that, they worked at Raiffeisenbank Bulgaria, where they held various roles. Margarita was a Digital Product Manager - Daily Transactional Banking, responsible for developing and implementing new products and optimizing key processes. Margarita also served as a Senior Product Manager and Product Manager, working on projects related to optimizations and improvements in the field of daily banking for individuals. In addition, they gained experience as a Service Leader - Supervisor in Branch, providing supervision, training, and guidance to the customer service team, while maintaining customer satisfaction. Margarita initially started their career as a Customer Service Specialist.

Margarita Manasieva obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics, which they pursued from 2002 to 2006. Margarita later pursued a Master's degree in Finance, General from the same institution from 2006 to 2007.
