Avinash Poojari

Avinash Poojari is an experienced legal professional with a career spanning over 15 years in various roles and capacities. Currently serving as an Associate Partner at DSK Legal since July 2019, Avinash previously held positions such as Principal Associate and Manager within the same firm. Avinash has also worked at J. Sagar Associates as a Corporate Lawyer, and spent considerable time at Advaya Legal and Nishith Desai Associates as an Associate. Notable secondment experiences include a role in the Legal Team at Goldman Sachs. Academic qualifications include a Master of Laws in Contract & Mercantile Law from Annamalai University, a Company Secretary certification, and degrees in Commerce and Law from respective institutions. Teaching experience includes a role as a Visiting Faculty at KC Law College.
