Siddharth Suresh

Siddharth Suresh currently serves as a Partner at DSK Legal and Dua Associates, having joined Dua Associates in October 2017 and DSK Legal in April 2022. With a specialization in corporate transactions, Siddharth has effectively represented corporate clients and financial institutions in various matters including mergers, acquisitions, debt funding, and joint ventures across multiple sectors. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Associate at Jyoti Sagar Associates, where Siddharth advised on domestic and international transactions, and as Associate at J. Sagar Associates and DSK Legal, where key legal documents were prepared and corporate compliance was ensured. Siddharth holds a B.A./L.L.B (Hons.) degree from the Army Institute of Law, graduating in 2008.
