Shiva Kumar Kota is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in scaling organizations and driving digital transformation across various industries. Currently part of the founding team at DSLR Technologies since February 2022, Shiva is instrumental in expanding the team from 6 to over 350 while building a direct-to-consumer women's ethnic wear brand in Jaipur. Prior to this, Shiva held the position of Associate Director of Human Resources at WhiteHat Jr, overseeing significant growth from 400 to 2500 employees. Additional roles include Business HR at CEAT Sri Lanka, leading HR functions at PT Asian Paints Indonesia, and heading HR shared services at KEC International Limited. Shiva holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from KL University.
