Adi Smailbegovic

Adi Smailbegovic has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as a Business Partner for Global Enterprise Services Procurement & Supply Chain at dsm-firmenich since May 2023. Previously, Adi worked at DSM from March 2014 to May 2023 in various roles including Business Partner for Purchasing Shared Services, where responsibilities encompassed oversight of Purchase-to-Pay operations across multiple regions and driving process optimization initiatives. Adi has held positions such as Manager of Purchasing Shared Services EMEA1 and Global Procure-to-Pay Specialist, demonstrating strong capabilities in stakeholder management and operational excellence. Earlier career experience includes roles in supply chain management at Medtronic and KPN, alongside consultancy at Abbott and sales positions at Vodafone. Adi holds a Master of Science in Management from Open Universiteit and a Bachelor of Engineering in Business Engineering & Management from Zuyd Hogeschool.
