Annabel Loots

Annabel Loots currently serves as the Change Management Lead for Digital Transformation at dsm-firmenich, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this, Annabel held various roles, including Senior Consultant for Organization Transformation at Deloitte from September 2021 to June 2023, Change Management Expert at AXA Bank Belgium from July 2019 to September 2021, and Operations Manager/Change Lead at INFINO from January 2018 to July 2019. Annabel began a career in management at Securex as an HR Talent Project Manager after completing a management trainee program from January 2014 to December 2017. Academic qualifications include a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification in progress, an MBA from Louvain School of Management, a Master of Arts in Musicology from KU Leuven, and a Bachelor in Musicology from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Additionally, Annabel completed an Intensive Spanish Course in Buenos Aires in 2012.
