Daniel Seeler is a highly skilled scientist with extensive experience in food science and analytical chemistry. Currently serving as a Senior Associate Scientist and previously as an Associate Scientist at dsm-firmenich since August 2021, Daniel manages a team and leads analytical efforts in lipid-based strain engineering, employing advanced analytical techniques such as GC-FID, GC-MS, ICP-MS, and LC-MS/MS. Prior to this, Daniel was a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Georgia, where responsibilities included instructing students in food analysis experiments. Daniel also has experience as an Intern at Lighthouse Counsel, where data analysis and social media management were key duties. Education includes a Master’s degree and Bachelor’s degree in Food Science from the University of Georgia.
