Diego Neves

Diego Neves serves as the HSE Senior Manager at dsm-firmenich since May 2024, overseeing health, safety, and environmental management while leading strategic initiatives, team management, financial oversight, and project execution across the LATAM region. Previously, management roles included positions at Panasonic do Brasil as the National Manager for Health Safety Enviroment & Property Security, and at Grupo Bimbo as the HSE National Leader. Diego's extensive experience spans various companies, including 3D Assessoria & Consultoria and PepsiCo, where responsibilities encompassed operational management in sustainability, health, safety, and compliance with international standards such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Diego holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Security Management and various specializations in health, safety, and environmental management.
