Emmanuel Thomas

Emmanuel Thomas has a diverse and extensive work experience. Emmanuel is currently the VP Integration & Transformation at dsm-firmenich, a role they started in January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Firmenich as the VP Strategy, Performance, and Change Management (Transformation) from May 2022 to December 2022. From 2007 to 2022, they held various positions at Solvay, including Transformation Director, Customer Service and Supply Chain Transformation Director, Organizational Transformation Project Director, Global Marketing Director, Business Director EMEA, Supply Chain Director, and Head of the CEO Office. Before joining Solvay, they were an Advisor at the Cabinet du Ministre des PME/Minister for Small and Medium Businesses from June 2005 to June 2007. Emmanuel started their career as a Consultant at BCG - The Boston Consulting Group from September 2001 to June 2005.

Emmanuel Thomas completed their education with a Master of Business Administration degree specializing in International Business from École des Ponts Business School in 2001. Emmanuel also holds a Master of Engineering degree from École Polytechnique in 1998 and another Master of Engineering degree from Ecole des Ponts ParisTech in 2001. In 2012, they completed the Mobilizing People program from IMD. Additionally, they attended Lycée Sainte-Geneviève from 1993 to 1995.
