Amanda Barkus

Amanda Barkus serves as Senior Vice President of IT Transformation, Strategy, Planning, Enablement, and Technology Risk at Corebridge Financial since September 2022, leading functions including Enterprise Architecture and Software Engineering. Prior experience includes a similar role at AIG, focusing on IT strategy and cloud migration for Life Insurance and Retirement Products, and a significant tenure at MetLife as Vice President of US Application Development, overseeing a large software development group and implementing technology transformations. Amanda also held key positions at HSBC Global Banking and Markets, managing IT strategy and operational effectiveness, and has extensive experience in financial technology from roles at Thomson Reuters and TIBCO.
