Eros Carletti

Eros Carletti has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Eros is currently serving as the Chief Transformation Officer at dsm-firmenich, where they oversee the company's performance improvement and ensures its adaptability to market changes. Prior to this, they held multiple positions at DSM, including SVP of Global Supply Chain and Product Management, President of DSM Switzerland, SVP, CFO & COO Nutrition, and SVP & CFO of Nutritional Products. Eros has also served as a Board Member at Hologram Sciences, an Advisory Board Member at Thought For Food, and a Supervisory Board Member at ERBER Group (Erber AG). Earlier in their career, they worked at GE Power, Lufkin (Part of GE Oil & Gas), GE Oil & Gas, GE, and General Electric - Plastics in various financial leadership roles.

Eros Carletti attended the Harvard Business School in 2013, where they completed a Global Energy Seminar focused on the Energy Industry and the latest global developments and trends. Prior to that, they studied at the Università Bocconi from 1997 to 2002, and also participated in the Erasmus Exchange Program at Maastricht University from 2000 to 2001, focusing on Finance, Accounting, and Derivatives.
