Graziella C. is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in human resources management across various roles and organizations. Currently serving as HR Director Senior for dsm-firmenich since September 2024, Graziella previously held the position of HR Director North/East France at the same company and served as DRH Firmenich Grasse from February 2018 to October 2023. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Safran Landing Systems, where Graziella worked from March 2007 to February 2018, holding multiple HR leadership roles including Responsable RH de Site and HRBP.
