Kristin Bonham

Kristin Bonham serves as the Regional Vice President for North America at dsm-firmenich since December 2023, following a role as Vice President of Animal Health and Nutrition North America at dsm-firmenich Animal Nutrition & Health since August 2020. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Bayer Crop Science from December 2013 to August 2020, where Kristin held roles in customer engagement and regional business direction, overseeing the sales organization for Monsanto's extensive product portfolio in the Western and Southern US. Kristin's earlier career at Monsanto spanned from 1996 to 2012, involving responsibilities in sales management, customer operations, training, and account management. Kristin holds a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Communication/Journalism from Michigan State University, awarded in 1996.
