Marie Cécile Dietrich has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies.
Marie Cécile started their career as a Quality & Food Safety Consultant at Bureau Veritas Certification in 1998 and later became a Certified Quality Auditor and Certified Food Safety Auditor.
Marie Cécile then moved on to Nestle Waters France in 2004, where they served as a Supply Chain Quality Manager and later as a Certification Project Manager, overseeing the implementation of the Nestle Integrated Management System.
In 2010, they joined Nestle as a Health & Safety Manager for the Iberian Market, where they played a key role in defining and executing the Health & Safety Strategy. Marie Cécile also served as a TPM Project Leader during their time at Nestle.
In 2015, they transitioned to Nestle Waters as a Corporate Quality Manager, where they achieved a 60% reduction in consumer complaints through the implementation of a Consumer Complaints Strategy.
From 2019 to 2021, they held the position of Corporate Quality, Health & Safety Manager at Nestle Waters, where they supported and coached Health & Safety leaders across continents and implemented the Leadership Through Safety approach. Marie Cécile also managed the Product & Packaging Developers Community and supported sustainability initiatives.
In 2021, they joined Firmenich as the Global Quality Service Excellence Director, and in 2023, they will take on the role of Head of Quality Auditing & Certifications Management at DSM-Firmenich.
Marie Cécile Dietrich has a diverse education history. In 1992-1996, they completed their undergraduate studies in Food Science at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires'. In 1999-2000, they obtained a master's degree in Management & Business Administration from the Escuela de Organización Industrial. In 2011, they attended the IESE Business School to participate in the Advanced Leadership Program. Later, in 2012-2014, they pursued a Master's in Health & Safety from the Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR). In 2018, they briefly attended IMD to focus on Change Management. Currently, they are pursuing a degree in Strategy & Sustainability from the IESE Business School. Marie has also obtained additional certifications, including "Coaching Your Team to Think and Act Strategically" from LinkedIn and "Jodi Glickman on Pitching Yourself" from LinkedIn.
