Marko Mihalj

Marko Mihalj is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global supply management, specifically within the Vitamin A and Aroma product families. Currently serving as Global Supply Manager at dsm-firmenich since May 2023, Marko leads the Integrated Business Planning process and the sales and operations planning at a global level, while also managing supply chain improvements and operational efficiency. Previously, Marko held the same title at DSM from August 2004 to April 2023, where responsibilities included aligning strategies and managing production processes. Marko's career also includes roles as Assistant Plant Manager, Team Lead, and Production Support in both the pharmaceutical and vitamins sectors. Marko holds a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Fernfachhochschule Schweiz and has undergone comprehensive chemical technology training.
