Marta Rodziewicz

Marta Rodziewicz currently serves as Associate Director of Regional Continuous Improvement for Europe at dsm-firmenich since May 2023, after previously holding roles including European Service Delivery and Talent Acquisition Manager at Firmenich from October 2018 to September 2025. Marta co-founded Tiny Houses Olivella in July 2019 and has extensive experience in HR outsourcing, having worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Conduent HR Services and as HC Direct Team Leader for the PWC Project at ACS, a Xerox Company. Marta's career also includes significant contributions to UBS projects in various HR roles and earlier positions in translation and administrative support. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics from the University of Lodz, a postgraduate course in Business Translation from the University of Wroclaw, and business management training from Harvard Business.
