Mathilde Girardon is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in the fragrance and luxury sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Marketing Manager at dsm-firmenich since June 2023, Mathilde previously held the role of Marketing Manager Fine Fragrance at TAKASAGO Europe Perfumery Laboratory from December 2019 to June 2023, where responsibilities included managing a customer portfolio, creating market trend presentations, and collaborating across divisions. Prior experience includes roles at Wavestone as a consultant in Financial Services, Hermès as a Marketing and Trade Operations Assistant, and Givaudan as a Marketing Intern in Luxury Fragrances.
