Paulo Henrique Santos

Paulo Henrique Santos is an experienced professional in the fields of nutrition and engineering, currently serving as the Sr. Manager Regional Key Account at dsm-firmenich since May 2023. Prior to this role, Santos held various significant positions at DSM, including Regional Key Account Manager and Sr. Manager for Innovation in Specialty Nutrition, where leadership of the North American Innovation team and regional technical marketing were key responsibilities. Experience at Ingredion Incorporated encompassed roles such as Global Lead for Hydrocolloids and Systems and Sr. Associate in Ingredient Technology, focusing on innovation pipelines and new product development. Santos began a career in research at the Whistler Center for Carbohydrate Research and has also worked in technical sales and process engineering.
