Sabrina Nizet

Sabrina Nizet currently serves as the Applications Director for Cold Beverages Taste Europe at dsm-firmenich since May 2024. Previously, Sabrina held several key positions at Firmenich from August 2014 to May 2024, including Senior Technical Manager for Alcoholic Drinks in Europe and Flavor Technologist for Alcoholic Drinks in the EU, focusing on product development and strategic implementation across Europe. Before this, Sabrina worked as a researcher at the Université Catholique de Louvain's brewing department from June 2004 to August 2014, where key responsibilities included aroma compound analysis in beverages, fundamental flavor research, and teaching in related fields. Sabrina's educational background includes studies at Institut Paul Lambin and UCL, culminating in expertise in brewing chemistry and related disciplines.
